The site's first dataset below local-authority level: it lights up the neighbourhood pages. The overall IMD decile column is checked against ceil(rank x 10 / N) on every row and derived on-page from the rank rather than stored; domain deciles are stored as published. See mhclg_imd for why each index edition stays its own single-period series.
