Consumer price inflation time series (MM23)

The consumer price inflation dataset. CPIH is the ONS's lead measure and includes owner occupiers' housing costs; CPI excludes them; RPI is a legacy measure that lost its National Statistic status in 2013 but still governs some contracts and student loans. These series are genuinely monthly, so the monthly observations are read.
