A series is listed when the newest figure it holds carries a release date in the month. The reference period is the period the figure describes; the previous figure is the period before it in the same series; “a year earlier” is the period ending exactly one year before, when it was published. The history column places the latest value among every value in the series since its last methodology break, and names where that series begins. Nothing is judged good or bad.
